Machining

Machining

R&E’s Machining Center offers 3-axis capability, 2D and 3D machining, real-time cutter path development, with capabilities for machining a wide variety of materials, world-class quality and continuous improvement.

Fabrication Equipment includes the following: Mig/Tig/Arc Welders, Dual Post Horizontal Saw, Oxy/Acet Torch/PLASMA and Roland-Vertical Band Saw.

Machining Equipment includes Boring Mills (Devlieg 2B-36 and Devlieg 4H-72), Bridgeport Mills (Series 1-2 HP with Accu-rite XY CNC and Series 1 with WXY Readout), CNC, Lathe, Harig, PROPEN 3000 and TRUTEMP.

Material Handling Equipment includes a 5-ton bridge crane, 8,000 lb. fork truck and 24’ soft side stake truck.

Facility is 6,000 square feet with primary power, 20” floors, truck well and dock.
