R&E Automated Systems, LLC (“R&E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through our website located at reautomated.com and any related pages we operate (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. Information exchanged in the course of a quotation, purchase order, or project is governed by the applicable R&E Terms and Conditions and any written agreement between R&E and the Buyer.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, request a quote, request information, or apply for employment through the Site, we may collect your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and any message or file you choose to submit. Providing this information is voluntary; however, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry without it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically record technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and date/time of access. This information is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies described in Section 4.
Information from third parties. We may receive business contact information about you from publicly available sources, industry directories, or referral partners in connection with our sales and marketing activities.
We do not collect payment card information through the Site. Any commercial transaction is handled through purchase orders, invoices, and other channels described in R&E’s Terms and Conditions.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that allow the Site to function and help us understand how visitors use it.

Consistent with R&E’s Terms and Conditions regarding Third Party Products, R&E does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or accuracy of any third-party website or service. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to respond to inquiries, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. Inquiry and quotation records may be retained as part of R&E’s ordinary business records.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmission of information to the Site is at your own risk.

Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email or by contacting us using the information below. We may continue to send transactional or project-related communications.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

R&E does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions. The Site is operated from the United States and is directed primarily to businesses located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides you with rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, you may exercise those rights by contacting us. Our legal basis for processing business contact information is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and conducting our business, or your consent where required.

Consistent with R&E’s Terms and Conditions, all designs and other proprietary information provided by R&E remain the property of R&E. Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants you any right to reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” R&E EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS HAVING SKILL, AT THEIR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R&E SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Site shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of Michigan, in each case located in the County of Macomb, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
